Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Tiers

Tanman offers the following subscription services:

• Yearly Subscription Tier: Provides access to the personalized self-recovery ecosystem. EMI options may be available through our payment gateway partner.
• Multiteam Teleconsultation: Annual access to multi-team expert teleconsultation services.EMI options may be available through our payment gateway partner.

2. Billing & Payments

Payments are processed via our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. By providing your payment details, you authorize Fasciamax Shatvayu Private Limited to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. We do not store your full payment card details or banking credentials on our servers.

3. Cancellations

For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the respective renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Please note our standard refund policy:

• Non-Refundable: All memberships, sessions, and class activity bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Partial Terms: Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-term subscription period.
• Exceptions: In the event of an erroneous transaction or technical failure on the Platform that results in an incorrect charge, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for a review.

5. Changes to Fees

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees or institute new charges at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform and will apply to future billing cycles.
